We will be looking at various excercises that we will have as resources for you to devise a strategy for your overall physical development as a capoeirista.

Here is another addition to our anatomy series. This involves the lower back and some of the muscles that support it. Given how many people can experience lower back pain in their life, a desk job is a major factor, it's great to understand the area of the body. Capoeira is a great way to strengthen and support a healthy lower back.
