Capoeira Wiki-Word of the Week: A Sequencia do Mestre Bimba (Update)

I was looking for other things to flesh this out, but this video is an excellent resource.  It's Mestre Itapoã, a lifelong student of Mestre Bimba and friend of our own Mestre Acordeon, talking about the sequencia.  It really doesn't get any better.
